Seven Corners Presents Chef Bruce Lim's Dishes


Seven Corners, the premier buffet destination in Ortigas District, partners with one of the country’s renowned culinary master, Chef Bruce Lim. This August 16 to 31, the celebrity chef will prepare his masterpieces at the buffet spread of the restaurant. 

Tuna and Salmon Tartar
Chef Bruce is known for his wide range of specialties from traditional French and Italian cuisines to Euro-Asian and international food. He is also a master of food presentation and exudes superior knowledge in sugar pulling and chocolate work. 

During the launch, he prepared notable Filipino dishes and showed a demo of Steamed Mussels with Chorizo.

Batchoy
Paco Salad with Pineapple Vinaigrette
For our appetizer, we had Tuna and Salmon Tartar, Batchoy with a twist for the soup, Paco Salad with Pineapple Vinaigrette and Calamansi and Garlic Rubbed Striploin for the Main Course. 

What's more pleasing is that at Seven Corners, Chef Bruce will display a fusion of uniquely Filipino dishes with a personal touch. He will unleash his expertise in perfecting all recipes he designed for this partnership. A few of his irresistible dishes include Davao Salad, Adobo Sausage, Pinaltok, Pochero-inspired ossobuco, among others.
