Forever 21 at PFW 2014 Featuring Holiday Campaign

It's always exciting to attend the Philippine Fashion Week. And this season, Forever 21 invited me to check out their latest Holiday 2014 Campaign, which features recording artist Iggy Azalea and Los Angeles Lakers guard Nick Young. 

I'm pretty sure that most of you love Iggy Azalea. Being the Australian artist that holds simultaneously number 1 and 2 spot on the Billboard Hot 100, she has also become the female rapper with the longest-leading number one single on the chart. 

Lakers’ shooting guard and Los Angeles native, Nick “Swaggy P” Young had quite the year himself. He recently signed to 4 more years with the Los Angeles Lakers and also made his runway debut walking in New York Fashion Week. 

This real life celebrity couple has gained recognition not just for their many talents but also for their distinct and complementary style. And because they are both quirky, fun and have the boldest style, Forever 21 chose them to highlight the Men's and Women's collection for the holidays. And I also agree that they have the swag, right?

Last Friday, the Forever 21 Women’s Holiday Collection was presented at the runway of the SMX Convention Center, in the opening gala of the Philippine Fashion Week. The collection includes velvet knit cropped tops, fit and flare dresses, printed metallic shorts, oversized cardigans and cozy pullover sweaters. The assortment carries a diverse range of tactile and festive fabrics from velvet to metallic fabrics to sequins. They also have a "University Chic" theme which are perfect for the teens and even after teens. 

Meanwhile, the Forever 21 Men’s Holiday offering features suiting for all occasions. This unique collection includes suits of brushed flannel, wool blends, marled textures as well as tweeds in silhouettes that vary from slim to classic. 

It's definitely a season to be stylish! Forever 21 Holiday collection will launch globally this quarter and feature various mini collections, so make sure to check out the nearest store to you!
